Is your product out of Warranty?
There’s no one better qualified to fix it than a Midea Authorised Service.

Call our customer service representatives on the applicable 1300 number below and they will get your details, try to solve your problem over the phone and if they are unable, they will book a technician to attend to your appliance.

Before you call, please have your purchase invoice, the serial number of the appliance (appears on a sticker on the appliance) as this will speed up the booking process. For warranty information please refer to your applicable warranty card.
